1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days.
- Orders placed after 12 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
2. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to Gauteng region ONLY
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- You can track your package through our website or the carrier's website.
4. Delivery Issues
- If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@lovegifts.store within 7 days of expected delivery.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
5. Change of Shipping Address
- To change your shipping address, contact us before your order is shipped.
- We cannot reroute packages once they have been dispatched.
6. Packaging
- We use eco-friendly, recyclable packaging whenever possible.
- Orders containing fragile or perishable items are securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

Refund & Return Policy
At Love Gifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- You must provide a proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (if marked final sale)
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Custom or personalized items
3. Refund Process
- Contact us at support@lovegifts.store with your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, we will provide a return shipping address and instructions.
- Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide photos and a description of the issue.
- We’ll offer a refund, replacement, or store credit depending on the situation.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- First, check your bank account or credit card again.
- Then contact your bank or card provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@lovegifts.store.
6. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.
